DUD-930 Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detector is a precision non-destructive testing equipment developed with digital signal processing technology, designed for internal defect detection in metallic and composite materials. The modular design integrates high-sensitivity sensors and intelligent analysis algorithms, delivering stable detection performance in complex working environments.
The device features a 7-inch high-resolution color touchscreen with synchronous waveform and data display. Detection results are visualized through color-coded markers. The built-in adaptive filtering system effectively reduces environmental interference, achieving detection accuracy of 0.1mm. Equipped with adjustable frequency probes (0.5-15MHz), it accommodates materials of varying thicknesses with maximum penetration depth reaching 6000mm. The 10,000-group local data storage capacity supports convenient data transmission via USB/Wi-Fi interfaces.
