拉繩開關(guān)（Pull Cord Switch）俗稱“緊急停機(jī)開關(guān)”。作用于帶式輸送現(xiàn)場需要停機(jī)時(shí)，通過開關(guān)動(dòng)作使輸送機(jī)停機(jī)。

簡介
拉繩開關(guān)分為手動(dòng)復(fù)位和自動(dòng)復(fù)位兩種，需要達(dá)到國家規(guī)定IP等級(jí)。
自動(dòng)復(fù)位：動(dòng)作后后能自動(dòng)回到初始位置，可能會(huì)造成誤差啟動(dòng)。
手動(dòng)復(fù)位：動(dòng)作后有自鎖裝置能保持在操作位置上，需要手動(dòng)操作復(fù)位手柄可使其返回初始位置。
拉繩開關(guān)是帶式輸送機(jī)必備的安全保護(hù)裝置，防止事故的擴(kuò)大而帶來重大損失。由于安裝方便,開關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)換可靠,在帶式運(yùn)輸現(xiàn)場得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。
結(jié)構(gòu)和基本原理
拉繩開關(guān)由拉桿、復(fù)位柄、凸輪、鎖槽及微動(dòng)開關(guān)等組成。
拉繩開關(guān)安裝于皮帶輸送機(jī)的兩側(cè)的機(jī)架上，用鋼絲繩沿著輸送機(jī)兩側(cè)把開關(guān)連接起來。當(dāng)輸送帶設(shè)備發(fā)生緊急事故時(shí)，在現(xiàn)場沿線任意處拉動(dòng)鋼絲繩，鋼絲繩牽動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)臂旋轉(zhuǎn)，通過傳動(dòng)軸帶動(dòng)扭力彈簧使精密凸輪發(fā)生位移，驅(qū)動(dòng)微動(dòng)開關(guān)切斷控制線路，使得輸送機(jī)停止運(yùn)行。
安裝和調(diào)整
拉繩開關(guān)應(yīng)安裝在輸送機(jī)兩邊具有檢修通道的地方，安裝位置應(yīng)確保檢修人員在緊急情況下操作方便。
1、將拉繩開關(guān)固定在機(jī)架上。
2、一側(cè)的兩臺(tái)開關(guān)之間距離為50m左右，采用直徑為Φ4的鋼絲繩連接，松緊應(yīng)適度。
3、為減小鋼絲繩自重對(duì)開關(guān)啟動(dòng)的影響，每隔3m在機(jī)架上裝一個(gè)托環(huán)，以支撐鋼絲繩。
4、鋼絲繩的另一端系在拉簧上(用繩扣固定),在不影響正常使用下用緊線器將兩側(cè)拉繩張緊,并確保兩側(cè)張力均衡。
（注：對(duì)于爬坡段輸送機(jī)機(jī).應(yīng)盡量縮短開關(guān)間距及拉繩長度。）
