LLJ-A、LLJ-B型料流檢測器采用微動開關，輸出狀態(tài)設有常閉節(jié)點二個，常開節(jié)點二個。用戶可根據需要進行安裝，適用于不同的角度檢測。當膠帶運輸機空載運動時，觸板于靜止狀態(tài)，并垂直于膠帶面。當膠帶機有載時(包括逆向)，該機的觸板被物料推動而偏轉。當轉角度大干20’時，檢測器行程開關轉換。用戶可將其接至控制室內，以便檢測輸送機現場的輸送狀態(tài)，也可將其與自動灑水裝置配套使用，實現有料時自動灑水功能。配置地址編碼終端器，可實現料流數據信號遠距離控制管理。建材，化工等行業(yè)輸送散料用帶式輸送機。
