English Introduction
The ROS-2D belt misalignment switch is a safety protection device specifically designed for belt conveyors, mainly used to monitor and prevent belt misalignment. It is usually installed on the side beams of the belt conveyor, about 0.4-2 meters away from the head or tail of the conveyor. When the belt deviates, the deflection rod will be pushed. When the deflection angle reaches 10°, the alarm micro-switch will be triggered, sending a belt misalignment signal; if the belt continues to deviate and the rod deflects 20°, another set of micro-switches will be triggered, causing the conveyor to automatically shut down for protection.
The ROS-2D belt misalignment switch features an automatic reset design for convenient on-site use. Its waterproof and dustproof design makes it suitable for outdoor installation and use. The rod has a rated speed of 5000r/min and is suitable for belt conveyors with a belt speed of less than 6.35m/s. In addition, the product adopts a dual-side wiring structure, which allows convenient wiring without a shunt box, and the multi-angle adjustable deflection rod has a normal angle adjustment range of 22.5°. The robust and durable cast aluminum housing, with an IP65 protection rating, ensures the reliability and stability of the equipment in harsh environments.

工作原理
跑偏開關(guān)固定在輸送機(jī)皮帶支架上，動(dòng)作桿靠在皮帶一側(cè)，當(dāng)皮帶跑偏時(shí)，迫使動(dòng)作桿偏離，觸動(dòng)報(bào)警微動(dòng)開關(guān)。如果繼續(xù)偏離，觸動(dòng)另一組觸點(diǎn)，輸送機(jī)就會(huì)保護(hù)性停機(jī)。

跑偏開關(guān)（Belt Sway Switches）又稱防偏開關(guān)，也叫兩級(jí)跑偏開關(guān)。用于檢測(cè)帶式輸送機(jī)運(yùn)行中的跑偏現(xiàn)象，按皮帶實(shí)際跑偏量輸出報(bào)警或停機(jī)信號(hào)，可有效的防止由皮帶跑偏而產(chǎn)生的事故，是一種帶式輸送機(jī)的保護(hù)裝置。
安裝和調(diào)整
1.跑偏開關(guān)設(shè)在輸送帶兩側(cè)，立輥應(yīng)與輸送帶邊平面垂直，并使輸送帶兩邊位于立輥高度1/3處。
2.跑偏開關(guān)立輥與輸送帶正常位置的間距宜為50～100mm。
3.跑偏開關(guān)數(shù)量應(yīng)根據(jù)輸送機(jī)長(zhǎng)度、類型及布置情況進(jìn)行確定。一般應(yīng)在輸送機(jī)頭部、尾部、凸弧段、凹弧段和在輸送機(jī)中間位置進(jìn)行設(shè)置。（注：當(dāng)輸送機(jī)較長(zhǎng)時(shí)，在輸送機(jī)中間位置可每隔30～35米設(shè)1對(duì)）
4.跑偏開關(guān)應(yīng)通過(guò)安裝支架與輸送機(jī)中間架連接，開關(guān)支架應(yīng)在輸送機(jī)安裝完成后與輸送機(jī)機(jī)架焊接，跑偏開關(guān)與跑偏開關(guān)支架用螺栓固定。
適用范圍
兩級(jí)跑偏開關(guān)廣泛用于冶金、煤炭、水泥建材、采礦、電力、港埠、冶金、化工等域的各種帶式輸送設(shè)備。
