The WZPK2-425SA explosion-proof thermal resistor is an intelligent temperature measurement instrument specifically engineered for chemical industry applications. Featuring a multi-layer composite protection structure and high-strength stainless steel housing, this device effectively isolates combustible media from internal components. Specially processed sensing elements demonstrate anti-permeability characteristics, delivering stable signal output performance in high-pressure and highly corrosive environments.
Equipped with an independently developed temperature compensation system, the device achieves precise measurement across a broad range of -200℃ to +800℃ through digital processing technology, maintaining linear deviation within ±0.3%FS. Modular construction facilitates installation and maintenance, supporting multiple industrial interface standards including flange and threaded connections. The vacuum-sintered thermal sensing unit forms a uniform inert insulation layer between the measuring terminal and protective sleeve, effectively preventing thermal hysteresis.
This product is suitable for petroleum refining, organic synthesis, pesticide production and other scenarios involving Class IIA/IIB explosive gas environments.
