□結(jié)構(gòu)原理
裝配式鉑電阻是由感溫元件、不銹鋼外保護(hù)管、接線盒以及各種用途的固定裝置組成，有雙支和單支元件兩種規(guī)格，雙支鉑電阻可以同時(shí)輸出二組相同電阻信號(hào)供使用。
鉑電阻是一種溫度傳感器，它是利用鉑絲在溫度變化時(shí)自身電阻也隨著變化的特性來(lái)測(cè)量溫度的，不銹鋼保護(hù)管不但具有抗腐蝕性能，而且具有足夠的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度，保證鉑電阻能安全地使用在各種場(chǎng)合，裝配式鉑電阻接線盒分防濺式和防水式兩種類型供選擇。安裝固定裝置有固定螺紋、活動(dòng)法蘭盤、固定安裝法蘭盤和帶固定螺栓錐形保護(hù)管裝置等形式。
