Operating Instructions

Special couplant should be used to ensure effective sound wave transmission during measurement. Clean measurement surface to remove oxide layers and impurities before testing. For high-temperature surfaces, high-temperature couplant is recommended with controlled contact duration. Built-in damping material effectively suppresses noise interference for clear echo signals. Regular inspection of probe wear condition is advised, and probe status should be checked when abnormal measurement fluctuations occur. This product is not designed for continuous operation in extreme high-temperature or highly corrosive environments.91720
