概述
工業(yè)用薄膜鉑熱電阻作為新一代的溫度測量和調(diào)節(jié)傳感器,通常用來和顯示儀表等配套,以直接測量各種生產(chǎn)過程中-79℃~600℃范圍內(nèi)液體,蒸汽和氣體介質(zhì)及固定表面等溫度。 裝配式鉑電阻采用引進鉑電阻元件作測溫元件。因此,它具有良好的電輸出性能,可為顯示儀、記錄儀、調(diào)節(jié)儀、掃描儀、數(shù)據(jù)記錄儀以及電腦提供精確的溫度變化輸入信號。
結(jié)構(gòu)原理
裝配式鉑電阻是由感溫元件、不銹鋼外保護管、接線盒以及各種用途的固定裝置組成,有雙支和單支元件兩種規(guī)格,雙支鉑電阻可以同時輸出二組相同電阻信號供使用。
鉑電阻是一種溫度傳感器,它是利用鉑絲在溫度變化時自身電阻也隨著變化的特性來測量溫度的,不銹鋼保護管不但具有抗腐蝕性能,而且具有足夠的機械強度,保證鉑電阻能安全地使用在各種場合,裝配式鉑電阻接線盒分防濺式和防水式兩種類型供選擇。安裝固定裝置有固定螺紋、活動法蘭盤、固定安裝法蘭盤和帶固定螺栓錐形保護管裝置等形式。
