概述

WZ系列工業(yè)用熱電阻作為溫度測量傳感器,通常與溫度變送器,調(diào)節(jié)器以及顯示儀表等配套使用,組成過程控制系統(tǒng),用以直接測量或控制各種生產(chǎn)過程中-200℃-500℃范圍內(nèi)的液體,蒸汽和氣體介質(zhì)以及固體表面的溫度.。
熱電阻是利用物質(zhì)在溫度變化時本身電阻也隨著發(fā)生變化的特性來測量溫度的。當被測介體中有溫度剃度存在時,所測的溫度是感溫元件所在范圍介質(zhì)中的平均溫度。
盡管各種熱電阻的外形差異很大,但是它們的基本結(jié)構(gòu)卻大致相似,一般有感溫元件,絕緣套管,保護管,和接線盒等主要部分組成。
工作原理
熱電阻是利用物質(zhì)在溫度變化時,其電阻也隨著發(fā)生變化的特征來測量溫度的。當阻值變化時,工作儀表便顯示出阻值所對應的溫度值。
裝配式熱電阻由感溫元件、外保護管、接線盒以及各種用途的固定裝置組成,有單支和雙支元件兩種規(guī)格,保護管不但具有抗腐蝕性能,而且具有足夠的機械強度,保證產(chǎn)品能安全地使用在各種場合。測溫原理:受熱后的金屬絲電阻隨著溫度的變化而變,其熱電阻值R(t)與其所處溫度t的關(guān)系可表示為:R(t)=R0(1+At+Bt2+……),按測得的電阻值查相應分度表即可得出被測溫度值t。
