The WRN-624 Bimetallic Thermometer with Electrical Contact is an electromechanical instrument designed for industrial temperature monitoring. Combining bimetallic sensing technology with an electrical contact control system, this device provides both visual temperature indication and automated control capabilities, making it suitable for temperature management in petrochemical, food processing, HVAC, and other industrial applications.
At the core of the thermometer lies a multi-layer composite bimetallic strip that detects temperature variations through differential thermal expansion. The metal protective sleeve undergoes special surface treatment to enhance corrosion resistance and vibration tolerance, maintaining stable performance within a range of -20℃ to 500℃ (depending on model configuration). The analog dial with 80mm or 100mm diameter options ensures clear visibility, supporting axial, radial, and other installation orientations.
The adjustable electrical contact system features upper/lower limit setting capabilities. Users can preset activation thresholds via integrated dial knobs. When ambient temperature reaches the preset value, the contact mechanism triggers switching signals to control connected heating/cooling equipment.
