The SIR2000 portable dual-color pyrometer is an intelligent temperature measurement device specifically developed for high-temperature monitoring in metallurgical processes. Utilizing advanced optical sensing technology and intelligent algorithms, it provides reliable temperature data support for metal smelting, casting, rolling and other industrial operations. Based on the dual-wavelength measurement principle, the device simultaneously captures infrared radiation energy at two distinct wavelengths to calculate temperature values, effectively minimizing measurement deviations caused by environmental interference, partial target occlusion or emissivity variations.
Equipped with high-sensitivity optical lenses and wide-range detectors, the instrument covers a temperature measurement range from 600°C to 2000°C, suitable for non-contact temperature monitoring of molten metals including steel, iron, aluminum and high-temperature workpieces.
