WSS-401雙金屬溫度計(jì)是一種用于測(cè)量中低溫的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)儀表，能夠直接測(cè)量氣體和液體的溫度。其保護(hù)管、節(jié)頭、鎖緊螺栓等均采用1Cr18Ni9Ti材料，表殼采用鋁板拉伸成型經(jīng)切削加工表面黑色電泳處理，表蓋與表盒采用環(huán)型雙層橡膠圈螺紋密封鎖緊結(jié)構(gòu)，整體防水防腐性能良好。該溫度計(jì)的測(cè)溫范圍為-60-500℃，精度等級(jí)為1.5級(jí)，基本誤差限為量程的1.5%。溫度計(jì)指示部分按標(biāo)度盤(pán)外徑分為φ60、φ100、φ150mm，尾管長(zhǎng)度為100-2000mm。它具有無(wú)汞害、易讀數(shù)、牢固耐用等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、冶金、紡織、食品等工業(yè)領(lǐng)域。
English Introduction
The WSS-401 bimetallic thermometer is a field detection instrument used for measuring medium and low temperatures. It can directly measure the temperature of gases and liquids. The thermometer s protective tube, joints, and locking bolts are all made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material. The case is made of aluminum plate, which is stretched and then processed by cutting, and the surface is treated with black electrophoretic coating. The cover and case are sealed and tightened with a double-layer rubber ring and screw thread structure, providing good waterproof and corrosion-resistant performance. The measuring range of this thermometer is -60-500℃, with a precision grade of 1.5 and a basic error limit of 1.5% of the range. The indicating part of the thermometer is divided into φ60, φ100, and φ150mm according to the outer diameter of the scale dial, and the tailpipe length is 100-2000mm. It has the advantages of being mercury-free, easy to read, sturdy, and durable, and is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, and food.

工作原理
雙金屬溫度計(jì)的工作原理是利用二種不同溫度膨脹系數(shù)的金屬，為提高測(cè)溫靈敏度，通常將金屬片制成螺旋卷形狀，當(dāng)多層金屬片的溫度改變時(shí)，各層金屬膨脹或收縮量不等，使得螺旋卷卷起或松開(kāi)。
由于螺旋卷的一端固定而另一端和一可以自由轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的指針相連，因此，當(dāng)雙金屬片感受到溫度變化時(shí)，指針即可在一圓形分度標(biāo)尺上指示出溫度來(lái)。這種儀表的測(cè)溫范圍是200~650℃，允許誤差均為標(biāo)尺兩程的1%左右。
