The HLN-11A Leeb Hardness Tester is a portable hardness testing instrument designed for measuring the hardness of metal materials. Based on the Leeb hardness testing principle, it can automatically convert the measured Leeb hardness values into Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers, and Shore hardness values through a program. The device is characterized by high testing accuracy, small size, easy operation, portability, and a wide measurement range. It is particularly suitable for on-site hardness testing of large components and non-detachable parts.

The HLN-11A Leeb Hardness Tester offers a variety of functions. It can be equipped with seven different impact devices, which can be changed without recalibration and can be automatically identified by the device. The tester supports the measurement of multiple hardness scales and three strength values, and can store 373 to 2688 sets of measurement data, including single measurement values, average values, measurement dates, impact directions, number of impacts, material types, and hardness scales. In addition, it features a display value software calibration function, a high-performance lithium battery and charging control circuit for extended working and standby time. It is equipped with computer software that supports data query, storage, statistics, and bar chart display functions, and an internal thermal print head for real-time printing of measurement data.
