English Introduction
The YB4810A Semiconductor Characteristic Curve Tracer is a professional instrument designed for testing the characteristics of semiconductor devices. It can clearly display various characteristic curves of semiconductor devices through a cathode-ray tube, including the input and output characteristics of transistors, the forward and reverse characteristics of diodes, and the characteristics of Zener diodes. This instrument is not only capable of measuring the static parameters of semiconductor devices but also able to measure their limit parameters, such as breakdown voltage and saturation voltage drop, without damaging the devices.
The YB4810A features a dual-cluster display function for bipolar transistors, allowing for the simultaneous display of two sets of curves for comparative analysis. Its main technical specifications include a Y-axis collector current range of 10μA/div to 0.5A/div, divided into 15 levels, with an error of no more than ±5%. The reverse leakage current range for diodes is 0.2μA/div to 5μA/div, divided into 5 levels, with an error ranging from ±5% to ±20%.
