The KA-06 features a robust construction comprising valve body, poppet and spring components, with nickel-plated brass hexagonal connections for easy installation. Its automatic operation relies on the balance between medium pressure and spring force, achieving ≤0.03MPa cracking pressure in forward flow. The specially engineered poppet design maintains stable performance during pressure fluctuations, making it suitable for compressor protection and cylinder speed control applications. Application Fields and Operational Guidance

This product is widely used in pneumatic control systems for industrial automation equipment, pneumatic tools and medical devices. During installation, ensure the medium flow direction aligns with the arrow mark on valve body. Installing upstream filters is recommended to maintain medium cleanliness. Periodic cycling is advised for systems with intermittent operation to preserve valve flexibility. The valve is not recommended for viscous media or environments with particulate contaminants.
