一、用途
背壓閥一般裝于液壓系統(tǒng)的回油路中，形成回油路上一定的背壓力，以增加工作機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)的平穩(wěn)性�；赜吐飞涎b有背壓閥，在停車時(shí)可防止空氣從回油路侵入，避免重新開車空氣被顯著壓縮面產(chǎn)生運(yùn)動(dòng)不均勻。背壓閥的結(jié)構(gòu)與單向閥相同，只是選用較強(qiáng)的彈簧，使之產(chǎn)生背壓。
P1為進(jìn)油口，P2為出油口。下面只列出背壓閥之技術(shù)規(guī)格，其余請按同一流量查閱單向閥。
三、外型尺寸

壓力閥的使用與維修
1、溢流閥安裝得離油泵越近越好，回油管道越短越好，以便能調(diào)到低壓力，并在卸荷時(shí)亦可得到小卸荷壓力。
2、溢流閥的回油管路的管接頭一定要擰緊，并使油管浸入油液內(nèi)，以免把空氣帶入油內(nèi)而引起壓力振擺及泵發(fā)出響聲。
3、壓力閥滑閥上的小孔及閥座上的小孔易堵塞，堵塞時(shí)對溢流閥來說，會引起無限升壓而引起事故，對其他壓力閥則影響正常工作。因此使用油液必須清潔。當(dāng)小孔堵塞時(shí)，應(yīng)卸下來清洗，如果油太臟，則應(yīng)換油或?yàn)V油，以便正常工作。
4、對力振擺或噪音可能是錐閥磨損而引起，可以換一個(gè)；也可能是油液中混入空氣，則系統(tǒng)中所有油管必須擰緊，回油管必須浸入油液內(nèi)。
