4.1 導(dǎo)體采用鍍錫銅絲，其結(jié)構(gòu)符合表1、2的規(guī)定，性能符合JB947-76《橡皮和塑料絕緣電線電纜用銅導(dǎo)電線芯》中的要求。
4.2 絕緣橡皮性能符合JB664-77《電線電纜用橡皮》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定。
絕緣厚度符合表1、2，允許偏差-10%，其薄處的厚度不小于標(biāo)稱值的90%-0.1mm。
4.3 護(hù)套橡皮性能符合JB664-77《電線電纜用橡皮》規(guī)定，護(hù)套厚度符合表1、2，允許偏差-20%，其薄處厚度不小于標(biāo)稱值的80%。
4.4 成品電線須經(jīng)受OYYDDL0118-2003，規(guī)定的交流50Hz耐電壓試驗。
4.5 成品電線導(dǎo)電線芯直流電阻在溫度20℃時應(yīng)符合表1、2規(guī)定。
