The DF(ZCS)-15 two-way, two-position water solenoid valve is a widely used fluid control component in industrial automation. This solenoid valve features a pilot diaphragm structure, which ensures good sealing performance and high reliability. It is designed for use in pipeline systems with water or other liquids as the working medium and can achieve automated or remote control. It is widely applied in building automation, HVAC, water plants, environmental water treatment, petrochemical, and many other fields.
The working principle of this solenoid valve is based on electromagnetic force to control the opening and closing of the pilot valve and the main valve. When the coil is energized, the electromagnetic force lifts the movable iron core, opens the pilot valve, and allows the medium in the main valve chamber to be discharged. This creates a pressure difference between the upper and lower parts of the main valve diaphragm, which quickly lifts the diaphragm and opens the main valve port to establish flow. When the coil is de-energized, the electromagnetic force disappears, the movable iron core returns to its original position, the pilot valve closes, and the main valve diaphragm presses against the valve seat to close the valve.
The DF(ZCS)-15 solenoid valve has a cast iron valve body and offers diaphragm sealing materials such as NBR or Teflon, which can adapt to medium temperatures ranging from -5℃ to 80℃. It is available in normally closed and normally open types, allowing users to choose according to their specific needs. Additionally, this solenoid valve has low requirements for medium cleanliness, but it is recommended to install a filter before the valve to ensure performance.
