一、適用范圍：
本產(chǎn)品適應(yīng)于汽車及拖拉機(jī)低壓電氣設(shè)備線路的連接及低壓線路用的銅芯橡皮絕緣、棉紗編織、涂臘克電線。
二、使用特性：導(dǎo)電線芯的長期允許工作溫度應(yīng)不超過65℃。

四、主要技術(shù)性能：
1、絕緣線芯上應(yīng)有棉紗或其他纖維材料的編織層，編織應(yīng)緊包在絕緣線芯上，且不得有影響編織密度的漏編、跳股及斷股現(xiàn)象，斷股時(shí)應(yīng)沿編織的股線線路予以銜接、接頭應(yīng)修剪整齊，且應(yīng)避免油污弄臟，編織密度不小于90%.
2、編織層表面應(yīng)涂臘克。
3、電線臘克層應(yīng)有彈性，并且具有耐熱、耐寒、耐潮以及耐油等性能。
五、交貨長度：
1、QXL型電線，制造長度應(yīng)不小于100mm，QBXL型電線制造長度應(yīng)不小于50m，允許長度不小于20m的短段電線交貨，其數(shù)量不應(yīng)超過交貨總長度的10%。
2、根據(jù)雙方協(xié)議，允許以任何長度的電線交貨，長度計(jì)量誤差應(yīng)不大于±0.5% 。
