The TL-N5MY2 Photoelectric Sensor is an industrial-grade detection device developed with advanced optoelectronic sensing technology, suitable for automated production, logistics sorting, equipment safety protection, and other industrial scenarios. By utilizing infrared beam transmission and reception, it enables non-contact object detection to accurately identify the presence, position, or motion status of targets, meeting the demands for stability and rapid response in harsh environments.
Featuring a compact integrated design, the housing is constructed from high-strength engineering plastic with wear-resistant and anti-corrosion surface treatment, ensuring reliable operation within a broad temperature range of -25℃ to +55℃. Equipped with a high-sensitivity photoelectric sensor and intelligent signal processing module, it achieves a maximum detection distance of 5 meters and a response time under 1.5 milliseconds, making it ideal for high-speed production line applications. The optimized optical path design minimizes ambient light interference, while reverse polarity protection and overload protection enhance operational durability.
The TL-N5MY2 offers two operating modes: diffuse reflection and retro-reflection, allowing flexible configuration based on installation requirements.
