The WSSX-406 Bimetallic Thermometer with Electrical Contact is an industrial-grade instrument designed for temperature measurement and control applications. Integrating bimetal sensing technology, this device combines visual temperature indication with electrical signal output capabilities within a compact stainless steel housing.
Operating on the thermal expansion principle of bimetal strips, the device translates temperature variations into mechanical displacement through a precision-engineered helical spring. The rotating pointer clearly displays real-time temperature on a high-visibility dial with anti-glare glass cover. The adjustable electrical contact system allows users to set upper/lower limit alarm points via a front-mounted calibration knob. When exceeding preset thresholds, the microswitch activates to control external circuits, providing reliable over-temperature protection.
Constructed with 316 stainless steel case and corrosion-resistant coating, the thermometer withstands ambient temperatures from -20℃ to +500℃. The IP65-rated enclosure ensures reliable operation in dusty or humid environments. Standard M27×2 threaded stem or flange mounting options accommodate diverse installation requirements in pipelines or equipment.
