English Introduction
The SMF-Z-25P straight angle solenoid pulse valve is an automatic control component widely used in industrial dust removal systems. This valve features a straight angle design, with the inlet and outlet forming a 90° angle, which allows for easy installation and maintenance when used in conjunction with dust collector walls, distribution boxes, and special connectors.
The working pressure range of the SMF-Z-25P is 0.3 to 0.7 MPa, and it can withstand a test pressure of up to 1.0 MPa. It operates within an ambient temperature range of -5℃ to 60℃ and a relative humidity of no more than 80%. The valve is equipped with high-quality membranes, which are carefully designed in terms of material and structure, resulting in a service life of over one million cycles. When the control instrument inputs an electrical signal, the solenoid pilot head attracts the moving column, opening the exhaust hole. The pressure gas in the rear chamber of the membrane is rapidly discharged, and the pressure gas in the front chamber lifts the membrane, opening the passage and allowing the pulse valve to blow. When the electrical pulse signal disappears, the spring of the solenoid pilot head immediately returns the moving column to its original position, closing the exhaust hole. The pressure gas in the rear chamber of the membrane and the spring force close the passage, stopping the pulse valve from blowing.
The SMF-Z-25P has a nominal diameter of 25mm and a connection port size of G1", making it suitable for a variety of industrial applications. The working medium is clean air, and the voltage options include AC110V, AC220V, and DC24V. The valve body is made of aluminum alloy, the sealing material is NBR, and the coil power is 20VA.
