熱電阻是利用鉑絲的電阻值隨著溫度的變化而變化這一基本原理設(shè)計(jì)和制作的,按0℃時(shí)的電阻值R(℃)的大小分為10歐姆(分度號(hào)為Pt10)和100歐姆(分度號(hào)為Pt100)等,測(cè)溫范圍均為-200~850℃.10歐姆鉑熱電阻的感溫原件是用較粗的鉑絲繞制而成,耐溫性能明顯優(yōu)于100歐姆的鉑熱電阻,主要用于650℃以上的溫區(qū):100歐姆鉑熱電阻主要用于650℃以下的溫區(qū),雖也可用于650℃以上溫區(qū),但在650℃以上溫區(qū)不允許有A級(jí)誤差。100歐姆鉑熱電阻的的分辨率比10歐姆鉑熱電阻的分辨率大10倍,對(duì)二次儀表的要求相應(yīng)地一個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí),因此在650℃以下溫區(qū)測(cè)溫應(yīng)盡量選用100歐姆鉑熱電阻。
感溫元件骨架的材質(zhì)也是決定鉑熱電阻使用溫區(qū)的主要因素,見的感溫元件有陶瓷元件,玻璃元件,云母元件,它們是由鉑絲分別繞在陶瓷骨架,玻璃骨架,云母骨架上再經(jīng)過復(fù)雜的工藝加工而成。由于骨架材料本身的性能不同,陶瓷元件適用于850℃以下溫區(qū),玻璃元件適用于550℃以下溫區(qū)。近年來市場(chǎng)上出現(xiàn)了大量的厚膜和薄膜鉑熱電阻感溫元件,厚膜鉑熱電阻元件是用鉑漿料印刷在玻璃或陶瓷底板上,薄膜鉑熱電阻元件是用鉑漿料濺射在玻璃或陶瓷底板上,再經(jīng)光刻加工而成,這種感溫元件僅適用于-70~500℃溫區(qū),但這種感溫元件用料省,可機(jī)械化大批量生產(chǎn),效率高,價(jià)格便宜。
就結(jié)構(gòu)而言,鉑熱電阻還可以分為工業(yè)鉑熱電阻和鎧裝鉑熱電阻。工業(yè)鉑熱電阻也叫裝配鉑熱電阻,即是將鉑熱電阻感溫元件焊上引線組裝在一端封閉的金屬管或陶瓷管內(nèi),再安裝上接線盒而成;鎧裝鉑熱電阻是將鉑熱電阻元件,過渡引線,絕緣粉組裝在不銹鋼管內(nèi)再經(jīng)模具拉實(shí)的整體,具有堅(jiān)實(shí),抗震,可繞,線徑小,使用安裝方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
系統(tǒng)組成
(1)熱電阻測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)一般由熱電阻、連接導(dǎo)線和顯示儀表等組成。必須注意以下兩點(diǎn):
①熱電阻和顯示儀表的分度號(hào)必須一致
②為了消除連接導(dǎo)線電阻變化的影響,必須采用三線制接法。具體內(nèi)容參見本篇第三章。
(2)鎧裝熱電阻 鎧裝熱電阻是由感溫元件(電阻體)、引線、絕緣材料、不銹鋼套管組合而成的堅(jiān)實(shí)體,它的外徑一般為φ1~φ8mm,小可達(dá)φmm。 與普通型熱電阻相比,它有下列優(yōu)點(diǎn):
①體積小,內(nèi)部無(wú)空氣隙,熱慣性上,測(cè)量滯后;
②機(jī)械性能好、耐振,抗沖擊;
③能彎曲,便于安裝
④使用壽命長(zhǎng)。
(3)端面熱電阻 端面熱電阻感溫元件由特殊處理的電阻絲材繞制,緊貼在溫度計(jì)端面。它與一般軸向熱電阻相比,能更正確和快速地反映被測(cè)端面的實(shí)際溫度,適用于測(cè)量軸瓦和其他機(jī)件的端面溫度。
(4)隔爆型熱電阻 隔爆型熱電阻通過特殊結(jié)構(gòu)的接線盒,把其外殼內(nèi)部爆炸性混合氣體因受到火花或電弧等影 電阻體的斷路修理必然要改變電阻絲的長(zhǎng)短而影響電阻值,為此更換新的電阻體為好,若采用焊接修理,焊后要校驗(yàn)合格后才能使用。
