英文 Introduction
The WZP-421B assembly type thermoresistance is a high-precision temperature sensor widely used for temperature measurement in power stations. It is usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recorders, and electronic computers, and can directly measure the temperature of liquids, vapors, gas media, and solid surfaces in the range of -200℃ to 500℃.
This product adopts an assembly structure, mainly consisting of a junction box, protective tube, terminal, insulating sleeve, and temperature-sensitive element. The temperature-sensitive element uses a platinum wire winding, which has good linearity and stability. The protective tube is made of stainless steel, with high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, and can adapt to various complex industrial environments.
The WZP-421B thermoresistance has high measurement accuracy. Its platinum thermoresistance has a measurement range of -200℃ to 420℃, with a Pt100 scale. The B-level allowable deviation is ±(0.3 or +0.005︱t︱), and the A-level allowable deviation is ±(0.15 or +0.002︱t︱), which can meet the needs of high-precision temperature measurement. □公稱壓力
一般是指在常溫下，保護(hù)管所能承受的靜態(tài)外壓而不破裂，試驗(yàn)壓力一般采用公稱壓力的1.5倍。實(shí)際上，允許工作壓力不僅與保護(hù)管材料、直徑、壁厚有關(guān)，而且還與其結(jié)構(gòu)形式、安裝方法、置入深度以及被測(cè)介質(zhì)的流速、種類有關(guān)。
□熱電偶絕緣電阻
常溫絕緣電阻的試驗(yàn)電壓為直流500Ｖ。測(cè)量常溫絕緣電阻的大氣條件為：溫度15～35℃，相對(duì)濕度45％RH，大氣壓力86～106kPa。
對(duì)于長(zhǎng)度超過1米的熱電偶，它的常溫絕緣電阻值與其長(zhǎng)度的乘積應(yīng)不小于100MΩ•m，
即：Rr•L＞100MΩ•mL＞1m
式中：Rr-熱電偶的常溫絕緣電阻值，MΩ；
L－熱電偶的長(zhǎng)度，m。
對(duì)于長(zhǎng)度等于或不足1米的熱電偶，它的常溫絕緣電阻值應(yīng)不小于100MΩ。
□熱電阻絕緣電阻
常溫絕緣電阻的試驗(yàn)電壓可取直流10～100Ｖ任意值，環(huán)境溫度應(yīng)在15～35℃范圍內(nèi)，相對(duì)濕度應(yīng)不大于80％RH，常溫絕緣電阻值應(yīng)不小于100MΩ。
□熱電阻允許通過電流
通過鉑電阻的測(cè)量電流大不超過5mＡ。
