The high-purity magnesium oxide insulation between sensing element and metal sheath, processed with vacuum sintering technology, enhances thermal conductivity and vibration resistance. Optional sheath materials including 316L stainless steel and Hastelloy alloys provide effective protection against chemical corrosion and particulate erosion.
