English Introduction
The WZPK-366S electric contact bimetallic thermometer is a widely used temperature measurement and control device in industrial production sites. It can directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam, and gas media within the range of -80℃ to 500℃ during the production process. The thermometer uses bimetallic strips as temperature sensing elements. When the temperature changes, the bimetallic strips deform accordingly, causing the contacts to move, thereby achieving automatic temperature control and alarm functions.
The thermometer s housing is typically made of stainless steel, which offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability, making it suitable for use in various harsh environments. The thermometer has a scale dial with a nominal diameter of 100mm, an accuracy class of 1.5 or 1.0, a thermal response time of no more than 40 seconds, and a protection rating of IP55. It can operate normally under environmental temperatures ranging from -25℃ to 55℃ and relative humidity not exceeding 85%. In addition, its set point error, switching difference, and switching repeatability all meet the relevant technical requirements.

工作原理
