一、用 途
1．作安全閥時閥常閉。當閥前壓力小于某調(diào)定極限值時，閥不溢流。當閥前壓力超過此極限值時，閥立即打開，油液即流回油箱（或低壓回路），因此能防U：液壓系統(tǒng)過載，保護油泵和油壓系統(tǒng)的安全。
2．作溢流閥時閥常開常溢流。該閥與節(jié)流元件及負載并聯(lián)，隨著工作機構(gòu)需油量的不同，閥的溢油量時大時小，以調(diào)節(jié)及平衡進人液壓系統(tǒng)中的流量，使液壓系統(tǒng)中的壓力保持恒定。板式中壓溢流閥有進出口各一個，但管式中壓溢淹閥有兩進口及一出口。管式。板式中壓溢流閥都帶有一卸荷口，平時關(guān)閉，亦只有在關(guān)閉時起溢流作用。
