Its compact cylindrical housing (8mm diameter) enables flexible installation in confined spaces, particularly suitable for precision positioning tasks on robotic arm end-effectors and assembly fixtures.
Constructed with a fully sealed stainless steel casing, the sensor demonstrates robust environmental resistance for stable operation in challenging conditions containing oil mist, dust, and particulate matter. The optimized oscillation circuit design ensures consistent detection accuracy across a wide temperature range from -25℃ to +70℃. Integrated short-circuit protection safeguards the device from wiring errors.
Operating on 10-30VDC power supply, this sensor is compatible with various industrial control systems. The NPN normally-open output configuration supports direct connection to PLC input modules and relays with up to 100mA load capacity.
