YFB10H4S/溢流閥YF-B10H4-S是一種廣泛應(yīng)用于液壓系統(tǒng)的壓力控制元件。該溢流閥采用平衡活塞式結(jié)構(gòu)，壓力調(diào)整方式為手輪式，工作性能穩(wěn)定可靠。其設(shè)計(jì)緊湊，體積小、重量輕，便于安裝和維護(hù)，同時噪音低，能有效降低液壓系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行噪音。
該系列閥可在≤31.5MPa的壓力下正常工作，工作介質(zhì)為20號或30號液壓油等，正常油溫為50±5℃，過濾精度不得低于30微米。其安裝方式靈活，螺紋連接和法蘭連接的閥蓋能在四周90°位置安裝，板式連接能在三個90°位置上任意安裝。通過旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)壓手輪，可方便地改變閥的調(diào)定壓力，右旋時壓力增加，左旋時壓力減小，更換彈簧還能獲得不同的壓力調(diào)節(jié)范圍。此外，該閥還可作為遠(yuǎn)程控制、高低壓多點(diǎn)控制或卸荷使用，遙控口M18×1.5螺堵擰下后可接入控制油路。其P口為進(jìn)油口，O口為溢油口，K口為外控口。

英文 Introduction
The YFB10H4S/YF-B10H4-S overflow valve is a pressure control component widely used in hydraulic systems. It features a balanced piston structure and manual pressure adjustment via a handwheel, ensuring stable and reliable performance. The valve is designed to be compact, lightweight, and easy to install and maintain, with low noise levels that help reduce the operational noise of hydraulic systems.
This series of valves can operate normally at pressures up to 31.5MPa. The working medium is typically No.20 or No.30 hydraulic oil, with a normal oil temperature of 50±5℃ and a filtration precision no lower than 30 microns. The installation is flexible, with threaded and flanged valve covers able to be installed at any 90° position around the perimeter, and plate-type connections available at three 90° positions. The set pressure of the valve can be easily adjusted by rotating the pressure adjustment handwheel, with clockwise rotation increasing the pressure and counterclockwise rotation decreasing it. Different pressure adjustment ranges can be achieved by changing the spring. Additionally, the valve can be used for remote control, multi-point high and low pressure control, or unloading. The remote control port (M18×1.5) can be connected to the control oil circuit after removing the plug. The P port is the inlet, the O port is the overflow port, and the K port is the external control port.
