The GLCK-101 Level and Flow Control Experiment Device is a specialized teaching and experimental control technology device, belonging to the GLCK-100 series. This device is compact, aesthetically designed, and safe, making it suitable for majors such as measurement and control, automation, computer science, mechanical and electrical control, information engineering, and mechatronics.

Equipped with multiple sensors, including a miniature turbine flowmeter, a diffused silicon level transmitter, and a smart industrial regulator, the GLCK-101 can form a closed-loop PID control system for level and flow control. The device connects to a host computer via the communication port of the smart regulator. The host computer software, using the MCGS Chinese industrial control configuration software, can achieve online detection, control, parameter modification, data storage and analysis, as well as the display and printing of real-time and historical curves.

The GLCK-101 device can be placed on an experimental desk and can operate independently for experiments or be connected to a host computer for more complex experimental operations. Its basic configuration includes a miniature turbine flowmeter, a diffused silicon level transmitter, a smart industrial regulator, and an RS485/RS232 converter.
