工作原理
跑偏開關(guān)固定在輸送機(jī)皮帶支架上,動作桿靠在皮帶一側(cè),當(dāng)皮帶跑偏時(shí),迫使動作桿偏離,觸動報(bào)警微動開關(guān)。如果繼續(xù)偏離,觸動另一組觸點(diǎn),輸送機(jī)就會保護(hù)性停機(jī)。

安裝和調(diào)整
1.跑偏開關(guān)設(shè)在輸送帶兩側(cè),立輥應(yīng)與輸送帶邊平面垂直,并使輸送帶兩邊位于立輥高度1/3處。
2.跑偏開關(guān)立輥與輸送帶正常位置的間距宜為50~100mm。
3.跑偏開關(guān)數(shù)量應(yīng)根據(jù)輸送機(jī)長度、類型及布置情況進(jìn)行確定。一般應(yīng)在輸送機(jī)頭部、尾部、凸弧段、凹弧段和在輸送機(jī)中間位置進(jìn)行設(shè)置。(注:當(dāng)輸送機(jī)較長時(shí),在輸送機(jī)中間位置可每隔30~35米設(shè)1對)
4.跑偏開關(guān)應(yīng)通過安裝支架與輸送機(jī)中間架連接,開關(guān)支架應(yīng)在輸送機(jī)安裝完成后與輸送機(jī)機(jī)架焊接,跑偏開關(guān)與跑偏開關(guān)支架用螺栓固定。
