English Introduction
The WZP2-230B thermoresistor is a high-performance temperature measurement sensor widely used for temperature monitoring in power plants and other industrial applications. This product features a dual platinum thermoresistor design, capable of providing temperature data to two sets of display, recording, or control instruments simultaneously, meeting the needs of multiple devices for temperature measurement. Its temperature measurement range is from -200℃ to 500℃, which can meet the temperature measurement requirements in various complex environments of power plants.
The temperature-sensing element of the WZP2-230B thermoresistor is made of a platinum wire winding, which has good linear characteristics and high measurement accuracy. With a Pt100 scale, the allowable deviation of the B-grade precision is ±(0.3℃+0.005|t|), which can meet the requirements of power plants and other industrial scenarios for temperature measurement accuracy. □公稱壓力
一般是指在常溫下,保護(hù)管所能承受的靜態(tài)外壓而不破裂,試驗壓力一般采用公稱壓力的1.5倍。實際上,允許工作壓力不僅與保護(hù)管材料、直徑、壁厚有關(guān),而且還與其結(jié)構(gòu)形式、安裝方法、置入深度以及被測介質(zhì)的流速、種類有關(guān)。
□熱電偶絕緣電阻
常溫絕緣電阻的試驗電壓為直流500V。測量常溫絕緣電阻的大氣條件為:溫度15~35℃,相對濕度45%RH,大氣壓力86~106kPa。
對于長度超過1米的熱電偶,它的常溫絕緣電阻值與其長度的乘積應(yīng)不小于100MΩ•m,
即:Rr•L>100MΩ•mL>1m
式中:Rr-熱電偶的常溫絕緣電阻值,MΩ;
L-熱電偶的長度,m。
對于長度等于或不足1米的熱電偶,它的常溫絕緣電阻值應(yīng)不小于100MΩ。
□熱電阻絕緣電阻
常溫絕緣電阻的試驗電壓可取直流10~100V任意值,環(huán)境溫度應(yīng)在15~35℃范圍內(nèi),相對濕度應(yīng)不大于80%RH,常溫絕緣電阻值應(yīng)不小于100MΩ。
□熱電阻允許通過電流
通過鉑電阻的測量電流大不超過5mA。
