概述

工作原理
熱電阻是利用物質(zhì)在溫度變化時(shí),其電阻也隨著發(fā)生變化的特征來(lái)測(cè)量溫度的。當(dāng)阻值變化時(shí),工作儀表便顯示出阻值所對(duì)應(yīng)的溫度值。
裝配式熱電阻由感溫元件、外保護(hù)管、接線(xiàn)盒以及各種用途的固定裝置組成,有單支和雙支元件兩種規(guī)格,保護(hù)管不但具有抗腐蝕性能,而且具有足夠的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度,保證產(chǎn)品能安全地使用在各種場(chǎng)合。測(cè)溫原理:受熱后的金屬絲電阻隨著溫度的變化而變,其熱電阻值R(t)與其所處溫度t的關(guān)系可表示為:R(t)=R0(1+At+Bt2+……),按測(cè)得的電阻值查相應(yīng)分度表即可得出被測(cè)溫度值t。
