Constructed with 304 stainless steel housing and anti-corrosion coating, the device demonstrates reliable resistance to moisture, dust, and mildly corrosive media. The vibration-resistant dial features an anti-glare glass window with luminous-coated pointer and dual-color scale markings, ensuring clear readings in low-light conditions or vibrating environments. The core sensing element employs high-precision bimetal strips that convert thermal expansion differentials into linear pointer movement through mechanical transmission, delivering stable measurement across a broad range of -40℃ to 500℃.
