WZPK-303S電接點雙金屬溫度計是一種用于測量中低溫的現(xiàn)場檢測儀表,廣泛應用于生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場對溫度需自動控制和報警的場合。該溫度計可直接測量各種生產(chǎn)過程中-80℃至+500℃范圍內(nèi)液體、蒸汽和氣體介質的溫度。其工作原理是利用溫度變化帶動觸點變化,當觸點與上下限觸點接觸或斷開時,使電路中的繼電器動作,從而實現(xiàn)自動控制和報警。
該溫度計具有多種結構形式,可滿足不同安裝要求。其保護管、節(jié)頭、鎖緊螺栓等均采用1Cr18Ni9Ti材料,表殼經(jīng)黑色電泳處理,具有良好的防水防腐性能。溫度計的外殼能承受距離5米處用噴嘴直徑25毫米的水噴射5分鐘而不滲水,符合IP65防護等級。
主要技術參數(shù)包括:精度等級為1.5級,接點額定功率為10VA,接點最高工作電壓為380V或220V,最高工作電流為1A(無感負載)。測溫范圍為-60℃至500℃,尾管長度可在100至2000mm之間選擇,尾管直徑根據(jù)長度不同分為φ6、φ10、φ12。安裝部分螺紋有M16X1.5、M27X2、G1/2、G3/4等多種規(guī)格。
English Introduction
The WZPK-303S electric contact bimetallic thermometer is a field detection instrument for measuring medium and low temperatures. It is widely used in production sites where automatic temperature control and alarm are required. This thermometer can directly measure the temperature of liquids, steam, and gaseous media in the range of -80℃ to +500℃ during various production processes. It works by using temperature changes to move the contact points. When the contact points touch or disconnect from the upper and lower limit contacts, the relay in the circuit is activated, thereby achieving automatic control and alarm.
The thermometer is available in various structural forms to meet different installation requirements. Its protective tube, joint, and locknut are all made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material, and the case is treated with black electrophoretic coating, providing excellent waterproof and corrosion-resistant performance. The thermometer s case can withstand a 5-minute water spray from a nozzle with a diameter of 25mm at a distance of 5 meters without water seepage, meeting the IP65 protection rating.
The main technical parameters include a precision grade of 1.5, a contact rated power of 10VA, a maximum working voltage of 380V or 220V, and a maximum working current of 1A (for non-inductive loads). The temperature measurement range is -60℃ to 500℃, and the tailpipe length can be selected between 100 and 2000mm. The tailpipe diameter varies depending on the length, with options of φ6, φ10, and φ12. There are also various installation thread specifications, such as M16X1.5, M27X2, G1/2, and G3/4.
