English Introduction
The WSSE-481 bimetallic thermometer is a widely used temperature measuring instrument in industrial fields. It uses bimetallic strips as the temperature sensing elements. The temperature is intuitively displayed through the rotation of the pointer, which is driven by the difference in expansion coefficients of the bimetallic strips at different temperatures.
The thermometer has a wide temperature measuring range, covering from -80℃ to +500℃, which can meet the temperature measurement needs of various industrial production processes. Its accuracy grade is 1.5, providing relatively accurate temperature measurement results. In addition, the protective tube, joint, locknut and other components of the WSSE-481 bimetallic thermometer are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material, which has good corrosion resistance and durability. The casing is made of aluminum plate by drawing process and treated with black electrophoretic coating. 工作原理
雙金屬溫度計(jì)的工作原理是利用二種不同溫度膨脹系數(shù)的金屬，為提高測溫靈敏度，通常將金屬片制成螺旋卷形狀，當(dāng)多層金屬片的溫度改變時(shí)，各層金屬膨脹或收縮量不等，使得螺旋卷卷起或松開。
由于螺旋卷的一端固定而另一端和一可以自由轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的指針相連，因此，當(dāng)雙金屬片感受到溫度變化時(shí)，指針即可在一圓形分度標(biāo)尺上指示出溫度來。這種儀表的測溫范圍是200~650℃，允許誤差均為標(biāo)尺兩程的1%左右。
