二、應(yīng)用范圍:
本儀器采用磁性測(cè)厚法,可以方便無(wú)損地測(cè)量鐵磁材料上非磁性涂層的厚度,如鋼鐵表面上的鋅、銅、鉻等鍍層或油漆、搪瓷、玻璃鋼、噴塑、瀝青等涂層的厚度。該儀器廣泛應(yīng)用于機(jī)械、汽車、造船、石油、化工、電鍍、噴塑、搪瓷、塑料等行業(yè)。
三、工作原理:
MC--2000C型涂(鍍)層測(cè)厚儀采用電磁感應(yīng)法測(cè)量涂(鍍)層的厚度。位于部件表面的探頭產(chǎn)生一個(gè)閉合的磁回路,隨著探頭與鐵磁性材料間的距離的改變,該磁回路將不同程度的改變,引起磁阻及探頭線圈電感的變化。利用這一原理可以精確地測(cè)量探頭與鐵磁性材料間的距離,即涂(鍍)層厚度。
