The MC-2000D is an advanced coating thickness gauge utilizing electromagnetic induction technology for non-destructive measurement of non-magnetic coatings on ferromagnetic substrates. With microcontroller-based design, this portable instrument features high accuracy digital display (1μm resolution), user-friendly operation and low power consumption. Its measuring range spans 10-9000μm with ±3% tolerance, suitable for detecting zinc, copper, chromium electroplating layers as well as paint, enamel, fiberglass and other protective coatings in industries including automotive, shipbuilding, petrochemical and metal finishing. The 4-bit LCD screen displays real-time measurements while built-in functions allow 600-data storage, statistical analysis (avg/max/min) and system calibration.
