一、用 途
1．作安全閥時閥常閉。當閥前壓力小于某調(diào)定極限值時，閥不溢流。當閥前壓力超過此極限值時，閥立即打開，油液即流回油箱(或低壓回路)，因此能防U：液壓系統(tǒng)過載，保護油泵和油壓系統(tǒng)的安全。
2．作溢流閥時閥常開常溢流。該閥與節(jié)流元件及負載并聯(lián)，隨著工作機構(gòu)需油量的不同，閥的溢油量時大時小，以調(diào)節(jié)及平衡進人液壓系統(tǒng)中的流量，使液壓系統(tǒng)中的壓力保持恒定。板式中壓溢流閥有進出口各一個，但管式中壓溢淹閥有兩進口及一出口。管式。板式中壓溢流閥都帶有一卸荷口，平時關(guān)閉，亦只有在關(guān)閉時起溢流作用。
3．遠程調(diào)壓。將遠程調(diào)壓閥進油口和溢流閥遙控口連接，在主溢流閥設(shè)定壓力范圍內(nèi)實現(xiàn)遠程調(diào)壓。
4．高低壓多級控制。用換向閥將濫流閥遙控口和幾個遠程調(diào)壓閥連接，能在主溢流閥設(shè)定壓力范圍內(nèi)實現(xiàn)高低壓多級控制。
5．作卸荷閥。用換向閥將溢流閥卸荷口和油箱連接，可使油路卸荷。
6．在液壓元件試驗時，溢流閥也可當節(jié)流閥進行加載。
P為進油，O為同油，L為卸荷，k為遠程調(diào)壓，p為測量壓力接口。
7．低壓溢流閥用途與中壓溢流閥相同，但由于無卸荷口，故不能用於遠程調(diào)壓與卸荷。
