The MSO2014 Mixed Signal Oscilloscope (MS-O2014) is a high-performance testing instrument designed for modern electronic design and debugging. It integrates analog signal acquisition and digital logic analysis capabilities, providing engineers with a comprehensive solution for embedded system development, communication device validation, and complex circuit analysis.
Equipped with 4 analog channels and 16 digital channels, the MS-O2014 supports synchronous acquisition and real-time analysis. The analog channels feature 200MHz bandwidth, 1GSa/s sampling rate, and 10Mpts memory depth, ensuring precise capture of high-frequency signal details. Digital channels support multi-protocol triggering and decoding, compatible with common bus types such as I²C, SPI, and UART. The mixed-signal display mode enables users to compare analog waveforms and digital logic states on a unified time axis, facilitating intuitive analysis of signal interactions.
The device features an 8-inch high-resolution touchscreen and a user-friendly interface combining physical knobs and shortcut keys, ensuring efficient parameter adjustment and waveform observation.
