CSY-PSD傳感器是一款基于光電子位置敏感檢測技術(shù)的高精度位移測量設(shè)備，采用日本濱松公司開發(fā)的S3271~3274系列PSD核心元件，能夠?qū)崟r檢測感光表面上連續(xù)移動光點的位置信號。該傳感器通過均勻阻抗表面的PIN光電二極管結(jié)構(gòu)實現(xiàn)位置分辨率優(yōu)于0.1μm的測量精度，其位置信號數(shù)據(jù)與光點形狀無關(guān)，僅與光點的能量中心相關(guān)。產(chǎn)品分為一維和二維兩種類型，可廣泛應(yīng)用于光學(xué)位置測量、激光光束校準、振動監(jiān)測、工業(yè)自動化控制等領(lǐng)域。傳感器具有響應(yīng)速度快、溫度穩(wěn)定性好、抗干擾能力強等特點，特別適合需要高精度位移檢測的工業(yè)場景。內(nèi)置信號處理電路簡化了系統(tǒng)集成難度，支持模擬量或數(shù)字量輸出，可與各類PLC和工控設(shè)備無縫對接。379

CSY-PSD Sensor Product Introduction (English)

The CSY-PSD sensor is a high-precision displacement measurement device based on optoelectronic position-sensitive detection technology. Utilizing Hamamatsu s S3271~3274 series PSD core components, it can detect the position signals of continuously moving light spots on photosensitive surfaces in real-time. Featuring PIN photodiodes with uniform impedance surfaces, the sensor achieves measurement accuracy better than 0.1μm, with position data independent of spot shape and determined solely by the energy center. Available in both one-dimensional and two-dimensional configurations, it is widely used in optical position measurement, laser beam alignment, vibration monitoring, and industrial automation control applications. The sensor demonstrates fast response, excellent temperature stability, and strong anti-interference capability, making it particularly suitable for industrial scenarios requiring high-precision displacement detection. With built-in signal processing circuits simplifying system integration, it supports analog or digital outputs for seamless connectivity with various PLCs and industrial control equipment.379

Application Scenarios Extension

This sensor finds extensive applications in multiple industrial measurement scenarios. It can be used for liquid concentration measurement through optical refraction principles, solid hardness testing when combined with laser displacement systems, and relative parallelism detection between two planes.
