The TESPROVA100 Temperature Calibrator is a multifunctional field instrument developed for industrial temperature measurement and signal calibration applications. Featuring precision sensing technology and intelligent design, this device delivers high-stability verification support for process control systems, while providing versatile signal simulation and measurement capabilities. It is particularly suited for equipment maintenance and quality assurance in petrochemical, power generation, and precision manufacturing industries.
Equipped with dual-channel temperature measurement, the calibrator supports major thermocouple types including K/J/T/E/R/S, complemented by high-sensitivity cold junction compensation technology to ensure measurement reliability across full operational ranges. Its extended operating temperature range (-20℃~55℃) and IP54-rated enclosure ensure reliable performance in challenging environments with dust or moisture exposure. The 3.5-inch color LCD display enables multi-parameter monitoring with waveform visualization, while the ergonomic control interface enhances operational efficiency during field operations.
As a loop calibration solution, the PROVA100 integrates 24V loop power supply with 4-20mA current simulation/measurement functions, enabling rapid testing and adjustment of transmitters and sensors. The modular architecture allows flexible configuration with optional thermocouple connectors and standard resistance modules. Powered by a high-capacity lithium battery, the device provides up to 12 hours of continuous operation supported by intelligent power management system, ensuring uninterrupted workflow in various industrial settings.
